Today I made myself an amazing mid morning Veggie Juice cocktail.
- 1 whole celery stalk
- 1 whole carrot bunch
- 3 tomatoes
This is also a great way to get your daily allotment of fruits and veggies, and to ensure your loved ones do too. Pick any in season fruit, juice, and add one or 2 carrots or celery. This adds extra vitamins and nutrition, but no one is the wiser because the flavors of the vegetables are subtle.
