Benefits of a Juicer

I highly recommend to anyone concerned with their health to run out and pick up a juicer.  It is an easy way to avoid additives and extra sugar in store bought juices. The juicer will even pay for itself over time.

Buying fruit and veggies that are in season is a healthy way to enjoy and appreciate the taste of the season.

Today I made myself an amazing mid morning Veggie Juice cocktail.

  • 1 whole celery stalk
  • 1 whole carrot bunch
  • 3 tomatoes

This is also a great way to get your daily allotment of fruits and veggies, and to ensure your loved ones do too.  Pick any in season fruit, juice, and add one or 2 carrots or celery.  This adds extra vitamins and nutrition, but no one is the wiser because the flavors of the vegetables are subtle.
