Meditation is a great way to relax yourself, but meditation also has many other benefits to enhance your life. Meditation means to take a break away from your daily life, from your job, from your concerns, and so on. It means to turn off your mobile phone, turn off may be your telephone and really practice meditation by yourself. Let your computer and your e-mails wait for a minute. And really give yourself some time to do meditation.
Recent research has shown that meditating twice per day for about 10 minutes can reduce stress and other bad side effects of having a hectic life style.

Yoga and Ayurveda together form a complete approach for optimal health, vitality and higher awareness. They are both closely connected spiritual sciences deeply rooted in the Vedic tradition of India. Ayurveda is the Vedic science of healing for both body and mind. Yoga is the Vedic science of self-realization that depends on a well-functioning body and mind. Both disciplines developed together and have always been used together. Therefore, those who are interested in one would greatly benefit from studying the other.

The forehead chakra is the center of awareness and intuition. In Sanskrit, it is called the ajna chakra. Anja means “to know or perceive.” Higher knowledge can be obtained only by stepping beyond duality. The two most important energy pathways, pingala and ida, end in the ajna chakra. These two currents of energy represent duality – the sun and the moon, masculine and feminine – and they meet in this chakra. By meditating upon it, one can attain freedom from dualistic thinking.
The throat chakra in Sanskrit is called the vishuddha chakra. Vishuddhi means “pure.” Consciousness of language and truth belong to this level. Its role is to pruify awareness and provide inner clarity. The vishuddha chakra is also called the neck chakra, the communication chakra and the fifth chakra.
The heart chakra lies at the center of the chakra system. In nearly every culture, the heart is linked to the power of love. The heart chakra forms the center of ones humanity and feelings for others.
